Refund and Returns Policy

At Disho, every product is created with intention and care. We encourage thoughtful purchases and maintain a fair and transparent return policy.

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.
